    The buyer states product, quantity, delivery point, timing and approval route.

    Suitable suppliers answer the same fields for price, freight, tax, timing, payment and exceptions.

    Decision

    The buyer records approval and acceptance without confusing either with order confirmation.

    Evidence

    Delivery, documents, invoice and discrepancies stay with the transaction.
